What City Is This?

A picture posted on a different forum, showing a bride wearing a .... revealing wedding dress (to put it mildly!), has sparked a bit of a debate concerning the city in which it was taken. It does not appear to be in the United States, based on the architectural style of an older building in the background and visible trolley wires. I also think that the two women in the foreground are Russian-looking. Guesses have included Moscow, Berlin, and a city (Kiev?) in Ukraine. I was wondering if someone here might recognize the background.

Here is a link to the picture:

That is one of the least flattering and stupid wedding dresses I've ever seen. I thought it was supposed to be an elegant occasion?  Yeah sure Girl on the left of the pic looks alright though  Wink

I'd say Kiev, the buildings in the background and trolleybus lines ring a bell, but it's certainly somewhere in Eastern Europe.

I'm not sure what city that is. At all. I would like to know how that girl (and her dress) are defying gravity...

Not my type, but it would certainly turn heads. Not really appropriate either.

I am quite sure it is Boobiestan. Just a little north of the forests of Pushiestan.

And they can also be used as:

1) Floatation devices
2) Stress releavers
3) Infant feeders
4) Suckers and biters
5) Pillows
6) Smotherers

What else did I miss?

That dress is beyond tacky. No daughter of mine would EVER be seen in an outfit like that....she has way too much self-respect.
